We are currently using a high-quality Peruvian washed single origin for our house espresso, as the Ethiopian natural is sold out until the next delivery of the new harvest in June.

Tasting notes: Orange marmalade, cherry, nectarine, round milk chocolate flavours and smooth hazelnut

The coffee comes in new, environmentally friendly packaging.

The Blend #1

The #1 Espresso blend is always a 80/20 blend with both components roasted separately. The content will change with the season but the goal is the same, a rich and sweet espresso with notes of red berries and chocolate. It is roasted slightly heavier than the rest of the Wood Grouse range. 100% Arabica

Part 1: 80 % Peru washed, Cooperative Genfrocafe

Part 2 : 20 % Ethiopia, natural, Uraga, Zelalem Alemu

Zur Zeit nehmen wir für unseren Haus Espresso einen hochwertigen peru gewaschen als Single Origin, da bis zur nächsten Lieferung der neuen Ernte im Juni der Äthiopien natural ausverkauft ist.

Geschmacksnoten: Orangenmarmelade, Mandel, Kirsche, Nektarine, Milchschokoladenaromen und zarte Haselnuss

Der Kaffee kommt in neuer, umweltfreundlicher Verpackung.

Die Espressomischung # 1 ist immer eine 80/20-Mischung, bei der beide Komponenten separat geröstet werden. Der Inhalt wird sich mit der Jahreszeit ändern, aber das Ziel ist das gleiche, ein reicher und süßer Espresso mit Noten von roten Beeren und Schokolade. Er wird etwas dunkler geröstet als der Rest der Wood Grouse Kaffees. 100 % Arabica.
